At Anghelle Threads PH, we stand by the quality and intention behind every piece we create. Each item is designed with care, but if something goes wrong due to a production error, we’re here to make it right.
We offer refunds or replacements only for production-related issues, such as damaged items or missing orders.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:

Your item arrives damaged due to a production error.

An item from your order is missing.
To process your request, please provide clear video or photo proof showing the package being opened and the issue. Submit this along with a completed Customer Support form within 7 days of receiving your order.
Limitations
To keep things fair and consistent, please note:

If only one item in a multi-item order is missing or damaged, the refund or replacement will apply only to that item, not the entire order.

Refunds are not available for changes or cancellations after the order has been placed.

Slight size variations (±1 inch) or subtle differences in colors due to display settings or printing processes are considered normal and not eligible for refunds.

Minor imperfections — like loose threads or tiny marks — are part of the handmade process and not considered production errors.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Record a video or take clear photos as you open the package.

Fill out the Customer Support form within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
Please note: This policy applies strictly to production errors. Other situations may be handled on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of keeping your experience with Anghelle Threads PH fair and smooth.
